Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between k3334 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("the Player", "you") who registers an account, accesses games, places bets, or uses any service provided through https://k3334.club. These T&C form a binding legal agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

By creating an account or continuing to use the Platform after any amendments to these T&C are published, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in their entirety. k3334 reserves the right to update or amend these T&C at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the k3334 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. k3334 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request proof of age at any stage.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity — corporations, trusts and automated bots are not eligible to hold accounts.
• You must register with accurate and complete personal information. Submitting false, incomplete or third-party identity details is a material breach of these T&C.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended k3334 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion or a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order at the time of registration or at any time during your account lifetime.

Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold one account only. k3334 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to verify player identity, age, and payment method ownership. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point during account activity at k3334's discretion.

Required Documentation

k3334 may request any combination of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing registered mobile number)
• Any additional documentation that k3334 deems necessary to satisfy its verification obligations

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. k3334 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify k3334 immediately by contacting customer support.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k3334 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k3334 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. k3334 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are credited to your BDT game balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. k3334 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
• k3334 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return the funds to the originating wallet if identity verification has not been completed or if the deposit is flagged for review.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are generally completed within minutes of processing.
• k3334 may withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of a responsible gaming review, a security investigation, or a bonus wagering requirement check.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified payment method owned by the account holder will be declined until verification is complete.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

k3334 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between these general T&C and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT to a separate bonus balance and are used after your real-money balance is exhausted, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly allows multiple claims.
• k3334 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, or any pattern of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same general conditions unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry the stated wagering requirement.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on k3334 are sourced from licensed and independently audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and paytable. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.

k3334 does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG-based games use certified random number generation systems. Live dealer games are operated by the game provider in real time and are subject to the provider's own compliance framework. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided for informational purposes and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Bet Settlement

• All bets are settled in accordance with the published rules of the relevant game or sports event. In the event of a technical error that affects game outcome, k3334 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• Sports betting markets are settled using official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets accepted after the relevant outcome has already been determined will be voided.
• Winnings are credited to your BDT balance immediately upon settlement. k3334 does not delay settlement of winning bets.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the decision of k3334's settlements team is final, subject to the formal complaints process outlined in these T&C.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k3334 Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one k3334 account, whether under your own identity or using a third party's details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any technology that provides an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix match outcomes, manipulate in-play odds, or coordinate betting strategies in a way that constitutes fraud against the Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using k3334 as a vehicle for money laundering, or structuring deposits to avoid financial monitoring thresholds.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity documentation during KYC verification or at any other stage of the account lifecycle.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, software vulnerabilities, or errors in odds pricing to gain advantage in a manner not consistent with normal, legitimate game play.

Account Suspension and Termination

k3334 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 07.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in connection with any k3334 transaction.
• A request from the account holder to close the account voluntarily, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining (net of bonus funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Responsible Gaming

k3334 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your k3334 account.
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period, helping you manage your gaming budget.
• Session time-out — set a reminder or hard stop after a defined period of continuous play. This helps prevent extended unintended gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion — suspend or permanently close your account for a defined period or indefinitely. Once a self-exclusion is active, k3334 will not accept deposits or bets from the excluded account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k3334 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming session progress, or damages resulting from interruption of service caused by factors outside k3334's reasonable control (including network outages, third-party payment provider downtime, or force majeure events).

k3334 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may affect service availability. k3334 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance periods in advance.

Privacy and Data Protection

k3334 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these T&C by reference. By accepting these T&C, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out what data k3334 collects, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

k3334 does not sell, rent or share player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the provision of services and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

Amendments to These Terms

k3334 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, k3334 will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

If you do not agree with a material amendment to these T&C, you should cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support. k3334 will process your account closure request and return any eligible real-money balance in accordance with Section 08.

Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction in which k3334 is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through k3334's customer support team should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. k3334 will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days. k3334 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.
